噴砂機的工作原理是利用壓縮空氣帶動(dòng)磨料(或彈丸)噴射到工件表面,對工件表面進(jìn)行微觀(guān)切削或沖擊,以實(shí)現對工件的除銹、除漆、除表面雜質(zhì),表面強化及各種裝飾性處理。
噴砂機廣泛應用于船舶、飛機、冶金、礦山、鐵路、橋梁、化工、車(chē)輛及重型機械工業(yè)制造中各種金屬構件及焊接表面。
噴砂機同時(shí)又是對非金屬(玻璃、塑料等)表面,裝飾、雕刻的理想設備。
